Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to join our Mobility

Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years of

experience in mobile application development, a strong understanding of web application

architectures, and hands-on exposure to AI-powered development tools. This role demands

technical leadership, cross-platform expertise, and the ability to guide teams in delivering

scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications (native and

cross-platform).

 Provide architectural and technical guidance for both mobile and web applications.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, UX/UI, QA, and

DevOps.

 Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.

 Define and maintain architecture standards, reusable components, and development

guidelines.

 Integrate and promote the use of AI tools in the SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor,

Windsurf) to enhance productivity and code quality.

 Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies for mobile and web

development.

 Ensure performance, scalability, and security across platforms.

 Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Mobility CoE.

 Document technical designs, decisions, and processes for internal knowledge

sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 5–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile development

(Flutter/ReactNative/Native Platforms).

 Strong understanding of web application architecture (e.g., microservices, REST

APIs, MVC/MVVM).

 Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, ) and backend

technologies (.NET, , Java).

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

 Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf,

etc.

 Knowledge of mobile and web security best practices.

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

 Passion for leveraging AI to improve development workflows and team efficiency.

 Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
