Job Title:

Sales Promoter / Field Marketing Executive

Location:

Chhattisgarh | Punjab | Odisha

Eligibility:

  • Education: ITI in Plumbing / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Fitter / Pipe Fitting (or related trades)
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 3 years in field marketing, product demonstration, or dealer engagement
  • Language Skills: Local language fluency (Hindi / Punjabi / Odia) + basic spoken English preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer & Plumber Engagement:

    Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, plumbers, and contractors. Conduct product demos, highlight features, and explain installation benefits of Sintex tanks & pipes.
  • Market Development:

    Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and support demand generation. Actively participate in plumber meets, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns.
  • Sales Support:

    Assist Sales Officers with order booking, product placement, and inventory updates. Capture customer feedback for market insights.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain daily visit reports and update field activities on CRM/Excel.

Skills Required:

  • Good technical understanding of plumbing and piping systems
  • Confidence in explaining product benefits to customers & influencers
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone apps
