Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers in-store or at promotional events.
- Provide customers with product information, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Ensure products are displayed prominently and attractively to maximize visibility.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product promotion and customer engagement.
- Encourage customers to purchase products by identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to increase sales opportunities.
- Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions.
- Ensure that promotional materials (brochures, signage, etc.) are well-organized and up to date.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, sales trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager or team.
- Report customer concerns, objections, and any issues that may affect product sales or brand reputation.
- Assist in managing product stock levels at the retail location and ensure the products are always available.
- Monitor product stock levels and inform the supervisor or sales manager of any shortages or replenishment needs.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and in-store demos as required.
- Help set up and take down displays, as well as assist with organizing promotional materials for events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product performance.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to the supervisor or sales manager.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
