Program Overview:

We are launching a Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) Program focused on building industry-ready Python Full Stack Developers. This intensive program offers hands-on training in Django, , and scalable application design, combined with soft skills and project-based learning.

Selected candidates will undergo structured upskilling followed by an opportunity to be deployed into live client projects upon successful completion and interview clearance.

Who Can Apply:

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience any one backend language (e.g., Python, , Java, etc.)

Preferred Background: BE/BTech/MCA

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on knowledge of any one backend language (e.g., Python, , Java, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases
  • Willingness to learn full stack technologies like and FastAPI
  • Eagerness to work on live industry projects
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to complete the program
  • Open to placement based on performance and client requirements

Key Technologies You Will Learn:

  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), , Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
  • Backend: Python, Django, RESTful API design
  • Database: MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL
