Python Fullstack Developer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Python Fullstack Developers. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our enterprise solutions and be part of a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Python and related technologies.
- Take ownership of end-to-end software development, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Fine-tune, deploy, and integrate LLMs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Collaborate on user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Associate level cloud certification or equivalent experience required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Python Fullstack development (Django/ Flask/ FastAPI, SQL, ReactJS)
- A degree in computer science or in a relevant field is a plus.
- Backend development for a cloud-native application
- Demonstrated interest in Generative AI with hands-on experience in implementing AI models is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
- Self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
