About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of proven expertise in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site execution, fieldwork, and project management, along with a solid understanding of bar bending schedules, quantity surveying, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for structural works.
  • Perform Quantity Surveying for accurate material estimation and cost tracking.
  • Handle billing, estimation, and measurement of works executed on site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations at the construction site.
  • Maintain proper documentation and submit timely project reports.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Bar Bending Schedule preparation, Quantity Surveying, and Billing.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, codes, and standards.
  • Good command over MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant civil engineering software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in cost control and project estimation.
  • Knowledge of contract management and BOQ preparation.
  • Familiarity with site safety practices and quality assurance procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kolar Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Civil engineering: 4 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
