IT Head –

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all IT operations within the jewellery showroom, including network systems, security, data management, and software applications.
• Take full ownership of ACME software (used for jewellery billing, inventory, and customer management).
• Ensure smooth functioning of the billing system across all counters and POS points.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide real-time support to the cashier and sales teams.
• Coordinate with ACME software providers for updates, patches, or customizations.
• Maintain backups, database integrity, and overall system security.
• Train staff on using ACME software and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with accounts, inventory, and CRM teams to streamline tech-driven workflows.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure data protection (especially for customer information and billing data).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT support/administration, with at least 2 years in the jewellery retail sector (preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in ACME Jewellery Software (billing, inventory, reporting modules).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per month
