Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop and implement agency and broker-led campaigns to drive partner engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal and cost-effective use of resources.
  • Share regular MIS reports and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
  • Event & Conference Management:
  • Organize domestic and international conferences, partner meets, and engagement events.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and hospitality.
  • Compare and evaluate itineraries, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build event agendas, coordinate with speakers, and develop impactful presentations and collateral.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in vendor management and event planning is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
