As we continue to expand our presence in the textile industry, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of fabrics and merchandising operations who can effectively manage customer coordination, order follow-ups, and delivery timelines. The role involves direct client interaction and coordination with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage merchandising operations and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain client databases, sales reports, and order status updates.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for order closures and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve any order-related issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage documentation, MIS, and related reporting efficiently.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in the textile or fabrics industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, printing processes, and job work.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
