We're Hiring: Senior Merchandiser – Export & Domestic Division

Location: Mumbai/Lower Parel

Experience: 5–10 years in garment merchandising (Export & Domestic)

Industry: Readymade Garments / Apparel Manufacturing

Our focus is on high-quality production, timely delivery, and continuous innovation. To strengthen our merchandising operations, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Merchandiser.

Position Overview:

The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process — from product development and costing to production follow-up and shipment — for both export and domestic buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end merchandising for export and domestic clients.
  • Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments (sampling, production, stores, QA).
  • Prepare product costing, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and ensure timely approvals.
  • Manage sampling, development, and order execution with attention to quality and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Monitor production status and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain reports and documentation for orders, samples, and shipments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or Apparel Merchandising.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in woven/knit garment manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, production, and finishing processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
