Telecaller Role:

A Telecaller is responsible for:

  • Outbound calling: Making calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sell products, or conduct surveys.
  • Inbound calling: Receiving calls from customers to answer queries or provide support.
  • Maintaining records: Updating customer information, call logs, and status reports.
  • Achieving targets: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets set by the organization.
  • Customer relationship: Building rapport with customers to enhance trust and future sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller:

  1. Calling potential customers to explain products or services.
  2. Following up on leads generated through marketing or referrals.
  3. Answering incoming calls from customers with inquiries.
  4. Listening actively and understanding customer requirements.
  5. Providing accurate information about the product or service.
  6. Maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
  7. Handling objections and convincing customers effectively.
  8. Achieving sales or call targets consistently.
  9. Conducting surveys or collecting feedback as required.
  10. Coordinating with the sales or support team when necessary.
