About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will not only handle tele calling responsibilities but also show inclination towards digital platforms, helping us connect with potential clients and contribute to our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to potential leads, clients, and customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest to convert leads into prospects.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Assist in social media engagement, content posting, and basic digital marketing activities.
  • Support the marketing team in running campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information and excellent service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer relationship roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Basic understanding or interest in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to multitask between tele calling and marketing support tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.
