Hiring DGM/AGM Facade who will be responsible for leading and overseeing construction of facades for multiple construction projects from planning to completion. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure while improving operations, controlling costs, reducing risks, and meeting deadlines.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure faade designs are in line with architectural requirements and green building standards
  • Leading the Facade vertical and supervising the project by overseeing all onsite constructions, estimate costs, schedule deliverables, monitor compliance and follow safety regulations
  • Minimizing and eliminating project related risks by optimizing overall efficiency and reducing waste
  • Facilitate scheme development of facades for every project by comprehensively understanding project complexities, critical elements, and risk factors
  • Making sure smooth execution of all projects through vendor and site management along with the team.
  • Monitor and review project quality, cost and timelines Review progress tracker and summary report for cost and work done as per planned vs actual on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Oversee the installation of faade elements, ensuring that all works meet design specifications, material quality, and timelines
  • Lead and manage a highly efficient Project Execution teams for all Facade works across projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.tech/B.E in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 19 to 24 years of experience in handling Facade projects across Residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and other projects.
  • Experience in leading a team for various projects.
  • Experience in design review, coordination and execution.
  • Experience in MS Projects will be a plus
