Roles and Responsibilities:
● Supervision and the consolidation of the entire effort and the work done for student internships,
placement, and institute accreditation.
● Liaison with hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare agencies to negotiate and coordinate
internships as well as final job placements of all students enrolled in the healthcare course at
academy.
● Arrange and conduct Academy visits, do a presentation about the courses and the Academy.
● Advice and train students in relation to their placements.
● Formulate student placement Policy and the Plan for execution in line with the assigned targets.
● Develop periodic reporting templates for student placement along with the template for a report
for the senior management and submit reports thereof.
● Develop a database of potential students to follow up.
● Keep himself and the Team updated on the courses run by the Academy as also the changes in the
courses from time to time.
● Maintain database of parents / guardian / prospective students visiting the Academy with
information as to their educational qualification, profession and annual income in give format.
● Keep a track of the placement details entered in the MIS and the post placement follow ups.
● Work in collaboration with NGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Educational institutes/Govt.
Departments etc. for student welfare related activities.
● Train, counsel and prepare students for internship and placements
Desired Skill Set:
 Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.
 Experience of student interactions and data management.
 Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
 Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred.
