Job description : ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS ENGINEER (Panel Design / PLC / IOT)

Experience in: Gantry , Overhead Transport system , Conveyor, Pick & Place set ups, Pneumatics

Must Have Skills

PLC PROGRAMMING

Must have relevant experience in PLC Programming / SCADA

Hands on experience with PLC Brands like - Mitsubishi, Omron, Allan Bradley

CONTROL PANEL DESIGNING (CADD)

Must have exceptional knowledge of Electrical Panel Design on Autocad

Must have relevant experience in Panel Wiring

SOFTWARE KNOWHOW

Must have knowledge of Embedded Developing with Raspberry Pi

Must be able to Implement ioT using Raspberry & Python

Knowdege of Python , C / C

Autocad Soliworks (CADD)

Proficient with MS Office

MECHANICAL KNOWHOW

Must have knowledge of Sheet Metal Components

Must have knowledge of Pneumatics

Must have knowledge of Induction Motor

Must have knowledge of Cantilever / Overhead Gantry / Transportation / Pick & Place system

Must have knowledge of Industrial Filter Units

Must have knowledge of Oil Skimmer / Water Level Sensors

Must have knowledge of basic Piping / Plumbing / Fluid Dynamics

Must have knowledge of Fluid Turbulence , Laminar Flow

Must have knowledge of Linear Motion (Linear Actuators, Ball Screw, Cam & Follower)

Must have knowledge of Rack & Pinion type motion

Must have knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures

Must have knowledge of siphon , sheet metal structural tolerance

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical systems, equipment, and components for projects, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.

2. Conduct feasibility studies, analyse data, and provide technical recommendations for the machines based on project to project basis.

3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians to ensure project success from concept to completion.

4. Perform detailed electrical calculations and simulations to optimize system performance, improve efficiency, and manage electrical loads.

5. Prepare and review electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project schedules.

6. Conduct site visits to support commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities of installed electrical systems.

8. Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and advancements in electrical engineering to drive innovation and improve project execution.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.

3. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power electronics, cabinet wiring

4. Proficient in using electrical design software, simulation tools, and computer-aided design (CAD) software.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex electrical engineering problems and provide innovative solutions.

6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.

8. In Depth Knowledge about HMI / PLC programming / IOT would be an added advantage

9. Knowledge about servo motors , AC Drives would be an added advantage

10. Knowledge about Heaters (Ceramic , Titanium, Rod Type , Fin Type) would be preferred

11. Knowledge about Centrifugal Pumps , Centrifugal Blowers would be preferred

12.Knowledge about Proximity Sensors , Laser Sensors would be preferred

Other preferences:

Candidate with own vehicle would be preferred
