Business Development Executive – Cyber Security Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for cybersecurity products (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, cloud security, etc.).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT managers, and decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to provide product demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for the Bengaluru market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position company offerings effectively.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns, webinars, and events to drive brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help improve products, pricing, and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development of IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity products.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Check Point, Cisco, etc.).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong networking skills with ability to establish long-term client relationships.
