We're looking for an experienced
Senior Service Engineer
with a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex equipment challenges. If you thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and enjoy working hands-on with capital machinery, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment on-site

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve customer concerns

Provide technical support and training to clients

Document service activities and suggest process improvements

Manage service tools and spare inventory

Support sales team in identifying service contract opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

Proven experience in servicing capital equipment

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Ability to travel and work independently

Excellent communication and reporting abilities
