Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Platform Engineering Senior Engineer with overall 5+ years experience working with decision systems platforms (FICO systems, Provenir, SDS/Power Curve, etc.)

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in R, Python, SAS and SQL.
  • Experience in multiple languages is highly advantageous.
  • Advanced coding skills in R, Python, Java or SQL.
  • Mandatory skills required R (Programming Language), Python, Sas (Software), SQL, Credit Scores, Credit Analysis and Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development and CI/CD.
  • System testing expertise: Proficiency with testing capabilities within decision management platforms
  • A STEM degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of analytical model development, credit bureau data, and financial services.
  • Knowledge of lending landscape and various in-house and outsourced systems, applications & services used by Decision Systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Competence to work and adapt in fast-changing environment with tight delivery timelines.
  • Capacity to manage multiple large-scale projects.
  • Able to network and build strong relationships with internal and external peer groups.
