  • Create detailed job cards and ensure accurate information entry into the system.
  • Provide repair estimates, explain recommended services, and obtain customer approval.
  • Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress of work.
  • Keep customers informed about the service status and any additional work needed.
  • Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery to ensure quality standards.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Promote service packages, extended warranties, and accessories.
  • Maintain service records and prepare daily service reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
