7  Performance Metrics: 

  • Define and analyze performance metrics, prepare project status reports, and assess feature success.

8  Technological Advancement:

  • Conceptualize, implement, and lead technological advancement and digital transformation projects to enhance product offerings, client satisfaction, and reduce credit risk.

9  Compliance: 

  • Ensure strict compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reporting systems.

10  Market Analysis: 

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging SME trends and opportunities for product innovation.

11  Competitive Assessment: 

  • Continuously assess competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

12  Customer Feedback:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and updates.

13  Product Roadmap: 

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs.

Qualifications -
