Job Description:

As part of the Marketing team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients (students and parents), delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and generating walk-ins for CEF centers and courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote CEF centers, courses, and services to drive walk-ins.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM, TATA Tele, and other tools regularly.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Meet KPIs for client engagement and satisfaction.

Behavioral & Marketing Role:

  • Support team members and foster a positive environment.
  • Encourage client feedback for personal and organizational growth.
  • Continuously enhance communication, teamwork, and IT skills.
  • Research visitor visa requirements and assist in marketing campaigns to maximize walk-ins.
