Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the entire RPA lifecycle—from requirement gathering and solution design to development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Work closely with business SMEs/Client to understand automation requirements and translate them into scalable RPA solutions.
  • Design and develop bots using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other platform components like Document Understanding, Apps, and Test Suite. Develop and manage test cases and test sets using UiPath Test Suite for automation validation and continuous testing.
  • Build intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational coding standards, security policies, and documentation practices. Mentor developers and review code for quality, performance, and reusability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to manage bot deployment, scheduling, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize CyberArk for secure credential handling and GitLab repository to manage packages and code versions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation frameworks, reusability, and operational excellence. Stay updated with the latest features in the UiPath ecosystem and drive innovation through adoption of new capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Work Experience: Years in RPA development and leadership roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, Document Understanding, Test Suite).
  • Expertise in ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY Vantage for intelligent document processing.
  • Proficient in end-to-end RPA lifecycle - requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Strong understanding of RPA best practices, exception handling, governance, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, version control using GitLab, and secure credential handling with CyberArk.
  • Familiarity with automation testing using UiPath Test Suite and managing test cases and test sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, including business SMEs and Client.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers, review code, and drive technical excellence across the team.
  • Strong focus on innovation, reusability, and framework optimization within the UiPath ecosystem.
  • Up-to-date with latest UiPath features and updates, with a proactive mindset toward adopting new capabilities.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certification in UiPath is plus.
