Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an RPA Developer, located in Hyderabad with some work from home options available. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, developing RPA solutions, and maintaining automated processes. Additionally, the RPA Developer will be expected to document processes and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Robotics and Process Automation
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze and simplify complex processes
  • Proficiency in Software Development methodologies and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model combining in-office and remote work
  • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
