Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements related to PLC, SCADA, MES, IoT, and Digital Transformation solutions
- Generate and qualify new leads, contributing to new business development and revenue growth
- Conduct detailed customer mapping to identify potential stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored automation solutions
- Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Ensure timely order closure and contract finalization
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consistent follow-up and support
- Ready to handle targets monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business goals
- Travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field (preferably).
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Interest or experience in PLC / SCADA / MES / IoT / Industry 4.0
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Industrial Equipment and Control Systems
- Self-driven, with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Good command over English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively
