Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements related to PLC, SCADA, MES, IoT, and Digital Transformation solutions
  • Generate and qualify new leads, contributing to new business development and revenue growth
  • Conduct detailed customer mapping to identify potential stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored automation solutions
  • Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Ensure timely order closure and contract finalization
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consistent follow-up and support
  • Ready to handle targets monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business goals
  • Travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field (preferably).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Interest or experience in PLC / SCADA / MES / IoT / Industry 4.0
  • Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Industrial Equipment and Control Systems
  • Self-driven, with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Good command over English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel extensively
