Responsibilities

Plan and drive the execution of the project, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations

Lead a Project Team and liaison with internal and external stakeholders for project execution.

Perform project management and contract administration according to company directives, including proactive risk and opportunity management.

Compliance with Quality, Competency, OHS, Environmental and Safety requirements

Follow up clients and stakeholders to ensure the timely approvals of designs / documents submitted

Ensure quality in all work minimising rework with attitude of Right First Time

Ensure completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Ensure optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews.

Ensure that critical aspects are identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up including but not limited to estimates, forecast, budgets and cashflow

Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned toward project/program goals

Report to senior management with proper presentations on the status of the project/program and its KPIs, during the business/sector project reviews
