About the Role:

ADMagic is looking for a smart and responsible E-commerce Operator to manage our ethnic wear website. You will handle orders, customer queries, and returns, ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept and process online orders accurately.
  • Print shipping labels, pack products, and dispatch parcels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email — product details, delivery status, and real product photos.
  • Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve delivery or return issues.
  • Track and maintain records of all orders, deliveries, returns, and RTOs.
  • Manage return parcels and ensure smooth handover.
  • Provide polite and professional customer support at all times.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms and order processing.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
  • Smart thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data handling and label printing.
