Role Overview: As a Global Assistant Category Procurement Manager for Skin Cleansing at Unilever, your main job purpose involves ensuring early procurement involvement in innovation and supply chain projects. You are responsible for the on-time and in-full delivery of the procurement project tasks. You are expected to excel in idea generation, effectively sell ideas to business partners, appreciate the value of outstanding execution, act as an entrepreneur, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to Unilever's sustainable business model. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a procurement business partner to the category - Manage procurement deliverables for innovation projects by participating in cross-functional project teams - Identify new raw and pack materials, coordinate competitive prices, and ensure material capacity - Lead procurement input for decision-making at the leadership team level - Generate material efficiency cost-saving ideas and support alternative supplier/alternative material projects - Manage procurement deliverables for complexity reduction programs - Lead/support sustainability projects - Maintain contacts with internal teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, as well as external suppliers - Demonstrate skills in self-management, networking, relationship management, communication, analytical skills, team alignment, working independently, project management, business economics, and driving sustainability through procurement Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years" experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG - Strong stakeholder management skills - Strong communication skills Note: Interested candidates can share their resumes at hidden_email.,
