Responsibilities :

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Azure, or Git DevOps tools.
  • Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Perl, Shell Script, or Java.
  • Configure and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement and utilize observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented across all systems, including HTTPS, SSL, secure containers, and key vaults.
  • Manage incident response, change management, and release processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps processes and tools.

Required Skills :

  • Proficient in coding with at least one of the following languages: Python, Perl, Shell Script, Java.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (AWS DevOps, Azure DevOps, GitOps).
  • Deep understanding of operating system level commands.
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization, packaging, and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Strong understanding of security aspects, including HTTPS, SSL, secure containers, and key vaults.
  • Experience with incident management, change management, and release processes.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) )
