Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities of home healthcare services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Monitor resource allocation, logistics, and patient onboarding processes.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare protocols, and safety standards.
- Handle escalations, patient feedback, and operational challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records
Requirements
:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations (preferably in healthcare, hospital, or homecare setups).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools.
