Job Title: Liaison Officer – Agriculture & Horticulture Department

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Candidates from Chhattisgarh will be given priority)

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Liaison Officer to manage activities related to tender participation in the Agriculture and Horticulture departments. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, arranging and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements, and supervising related field operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in government liaisoning or in reputed agriculture/horticulture organizations, with strong networks in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders in Agriculture and Horticulture departments.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain required documentation, certifications, and eligibility proofs.

Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Coordinate with departmental officials to facilitate approvals and smooth processing.

Supervise associated field work, ensuring adherence to compliance and timelines.

Build and maintain strong professional networks within the agriculture and horticulture sector.

Provide periodic updates and detailed reports on tender status and departmental interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or related fields (preferred).

Proven work experience in Agriculture/Horticulture departments or reputed companies in the sector.

Experience in liaisoning with government departments on a contractual basis will be considered.

In-depth knowledge of tender processes, compliance requirements, and documentation.

Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to manage field operations and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation

Additional benefits may be extended as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
