Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding cybersecurity courses, certifications, and career paths.
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media) and provide accurate course/program details.
- Guide students through the admission process, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
- Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and providing suitable course recommendations.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential students until admission closure.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as set by management.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and admissions in the database/CRM.
- Coordinate with faculty and placement team for smooth onboarding of admitted students.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events to represent the institute.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and counseling ability.
- Basic knowledge of IT/cybersecurity (training will be provided if needed).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in academic counseling / education sales / admissions preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
