The Opportunity
"FICO is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in developing visually compelling and effective sales collateral that supports our sales efforts and strengthens our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a range of materials, including PDFs, flip books, presentations, and other digital and print assets that clearly communicate our value proposition and drive customer engagement"

What You'll Contribute

• Design and produce sales collateral such as PDF documents, Flip books, Presentations, Infographics, Email templates, Print materials and other digital assets
• Ensure all sales collateral aligns with our brand guidelines, including visual identity, messaging, and tone.
• Maintain and evolve brand templates to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, product marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content and design are integrated effectively.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, error-free, and optimized for their intended use (digital or print).
• Conduct thorough reviews of final deliverables before distribution.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proactively suggest innovative design solutions to enhance sales effectiveness.

What We're Seeking

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with software for creating interactive flip books (e.g., FlippingBook, Issuu) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
• Basic understanding of web design principles and file formats for digital use.
