Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and well-connected
Artist & Influencer Marketing Manager
to join our growing team. This role goes beyond just influencer marketing — you'll be scouting and managing a diverse network of
influencers, content creators, emcees, dancers, musicians, and other performing artists
.

You'll be the bridge between
clients and talent
, ensuring smooth execution of collaborations, content shoots, campaigns, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and build relationships with influencers and artists across categories (fashion, lifestyle, fitness, entertainment, etc.)
  • Manage talent coordination for campaigns, events, shoots, and brand collaborations
  • Liaise with clients to understand their talent requirements and recommend the right fit
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with talent and close deals
  • Maintain a structured database of artists and creators
  • Keep up with industry trends and emerging talent across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in influencer marketing, talent management, or a similar field
  • Strong network and understanding of the influencer ecosystem across various niches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be Mumbai-based
    and available to work
    full-time from our Andheri East office
