We're looking for
2 passionate and experienced Artist & Label Managers
who can lead and support our independent artists & record labels.

Aarambh Entertainment is a next-generation music and content company that works closely with independent artists and labels across India. Our mission is to empower regional music talent and take their art to a global audience with powerful strategies and streamlined distribution.

Eligibility Criteria:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Music Management, Entertainment, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.


Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the music industry as an Artist Manager, Label Manager, or in a related role.


Languages:
Fluency in
English, Hindi
.


Skillset:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of music distribution and promotion.
  • Knowledge of YouTube Content ID, CMS, DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
  • Proficiency in artist coordination, release planning, and marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for music marketing, social media promotion, and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:


Artist & Label Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with artists and labels from Punjabi, Haryanvi, and Rajasthani backgrounds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned artists and partners.
  • Guide artists on release strategies, content planning, and branding.


Release Planning & Distribution

  • Coordinate music releases from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery to DSPs and platforms.
  • Liaise with internal teams for metadata, artwork, copyrights, and publishing.


Marketing & Promotions

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize future campaigns accordingly.
  • Work closely with PR and influencer teams for music virality and reach.


YouTube & Digital Oversight

  • Manage YouTube CMS, monetization, and Content ID.
  • Oversee channel health and audience engagement strategies.


Reporting & Insights

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience data, and growth opportunities.
  • Use analytics tools to provide insights for content and promotional strategies.
