Role Overview:

We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive customer acquisition and product-led growth on our platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about UI/UX, use data-driven strategies to accelerate growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, engaging product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, identifying pain points and growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Lead UI/UX improvement initiatives that directly impact activation, retention, and growth, working closely with designers to craft delightful and frictionless journeys.
  • Develop, execute, and iterate experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, feature releases) that validate hypotheses on user behavior and growth levers.
  • Analyze user data, market trends, and feedback to inform product features, growth strategies, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver growth projects from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Define, track, and communicate key growth metrics/ KPIs (conversion, activation, engagement, retention, churn, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices in product-led growth, UI/UX, acquisition, and user retention.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in product management, with a focus on growth, UI/UX, or customer acquisition (preferably in SaaS, consumer tech, or platforms).
  • Strong analytical mindset; adept at using data (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) to drive decisions.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable product-led growth wins.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and their impact on user growth.
  • Experience with running growth experiments, A/B tests, or onboarding optimizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with growth marketing or product marketing.
  • Exposure to funnel analytics, product onboarding, and activation strategies.
  • Experience with agile development and rapid experimentation.
