PetsFirst is India's upcoming one-stop platform for pet healthcare — connecting pet parents to trusted vets, diagnostics, home visits, vaccinations, and preventive care services. We are on a mission to make pet healthcare accessible, reliable, and stress-free for every pet parent.

Role Overview

We're looking for a
Product & Growth Manager

to own and lead the end-to-end development, performance, and growth of the
PetsFirst app

.

This role sits at the intersection of
technology, marketing, and operations

, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the app's continuous improvement, effective brand communication, strong lead generation, and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Development

  • Work with management and development teams to plan, execute, and oversee all phases of app development.
  • Define product roadmap, feature priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX and tech teams for quality, usability, and bug-free releases.
  • Conduct product testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

Marketing & Growth

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align app goals with brand-building campaigns.
  • Drive app downloads, user acquisition, and engagement through digital marketing efforts.
  • Optimize lead generation, referral programs, and retention campaigns.
  • Track and analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and performance metrics.

Lead & Customer Management

  • Oversee
    lead management flow

within the app — from enquiry to closure.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure queries, complaints, and requests are handled effectively.
- Implement CRM or automated tools to improve efficiency.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and present
    monthly MIS reports

capturing app KPIs, marketing ROI, and user trends.
- Highlight insights, issues, and growth opportunities to management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in app-based product management, operations, or growth roles (petcare, healthtech, or consumer apps preferred but not compulsory).
  • Strong understanding of tech workflows, UI/UX, and marketing funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Passion for pets and empathy for pet parents is a must
