As a mixed-methods research intern, your role will involve understanding user behaviors and generating insights to contribute to product decisions and roadmaps. You will have the opportunity to lead a high-impact project using both qualitative and quantitative methods to provide structure and clarity to crucial business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end research initiatives, from identifying research questions aligned with business objectives to delivering strategic recommendations. - Planning and conducting mixed-method studies by selecting appropriate methods for each research question and employing triangulation to produce compelling insights. - Executing qualitative and quantitative research throughout the product lifecycle, including interviews, diary studies, surveys, literature reviews, max-diff, and log analysis with minimal supervision. - Translating research findings into actionable insights to drive product development and broader business strategies. - Collaborating with product, design, growth, and business teams to ensure insights align with execution. - Effectively presenting insights to different stakeholders through presentations, memos, dashboards, or working sessions. Please note that this is a paid internship with a tenure of 6 months based in Bengaluru. The role requires working from the office (WFO) for 5 days a week.,
