Designation: Associate / Sr. Associate – Sales

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

CTC: Up to ₹3.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM - Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Life Insurance / Health Insurance

● Understand customer financial goals and recommend the right insurance products.

● Explain policy features, benefits, and terms with clarity and confidence.

● Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

● Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.

Requirements

  • Graduate with excellent English communication skills.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Investment / Insurance Sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
  • Energetic, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
  • Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
