**About the Role: Advisor: TeleSales | Customer Insight**
We are looking for advisors who can reach out to our customers/prospects on the phone to fulfil below objectives.
1. Gather consumer intelligence
2. Conduct user research.
3. Sell/convert/win back customers.
The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical abilities to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial set-up in an ever-growing E-commerce field. This role will suit an ambitious, hardworking, and highly driven individual who has a proven track record of working within a role of this nature
**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Gathering customer insight (Outbound Calling)
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products
- Incumbent should have minimum 30 WPM (word per minute typing speed)
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Proven experience as Tele sales representative ( Min 6 Months atleast )
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
