Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in international accounting (USD transactions), QuickBooks, and international coordination of logistics. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multi-currency transactions, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and overseas partner coordination in a fast-paced global FMCG business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage international accounting operations with a focus on USD transactions.

· Maintain accounts and prepare financial reports using QuickBooks.

· Handle bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations for domestic and international accounts.

· Coordinate with international logistics partners for documentation, shipment settlements, and related financial activities.

· Monitor currency exchange impacts and manage foreign currency adjustments.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company accounting policies.

· Support statutory and internal audits with relevant data and reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international accounting and coordination.

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong knowledge of foreign currency accounting (USD).

· Excellent communication skills for effective global coordination.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in handling multi-currency and cross-border financial operations.

· Exposure to supply chain or logistics industry processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per year
