About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across various platforms, with a particular preference for experience in SAP. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about automation, process improvement, and delivering scalable IT solutions that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and support a wide range of IT platforms, with an emphasis on SAP.
  • Evaluate current IT processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT experience across multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience working with SAP systems (implementation, support, or integration).
  • Strong background in IT automation tools and scripting.
  • Ability to assess existing workflows and design effective automation strategies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
