Job Title: Telesales Representative -

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Truzon Solar. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales deals over the phone to promote our solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers to introduce our solar energy products and services

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy requirements

- Present and promote solar energy solutions using solid arguments and persuasive techniques

- Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and note useful information

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints effectively

- Ability to learn about solar energy products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; BSc/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
