Stay updated on the latest news from Yulu at and on our website, Role Summary The Senior Specialist (Indirect & Services) is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement activities related to indirect material procurement, civil engineering projects and other service-based contracts.

The role involves negotiating contracts, sourcing suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing costs without compromising quality or timelines. This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's infrastructure and operational services by collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Procurement Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement procurement strategies.

Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive pricing and quality sourcing. Establish vendor qualification criteria and maintain a high-quality vendor database. Supplier Management:Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and vendors. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Contract Negotiation & Management:Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers, focusing on optimizing cost, delivery time, and quality.

Draft, review, and manage contracts, including tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and purchase orders. Ensure all contracts meet legal, financial, and regulatory requirements while mitigating risks. Cost Management & Budgeting:Ensure procurement activities are aligned with the project budget and corporate financial goals.

Develop cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing quality or service delivery timelines. Track and report on key procurement metrics such as cost reductions, supplier performance, and contract compliance. Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

Identify procurement risks related to supply chain, vendor reliability, and project delivery. develop mitigation strategies. Oversee audits of procurement processes and vendor contracts to ensure transparency and compliance.

Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, finance, and legal departments, to ensure procurement needs are met in alignment with project timelines. Provide procurement expertise to support project delivery and problem-solving. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding procurement strategies, timelines, and project progress.

Performance & Reporting:Track and report procurement activities, including supplier performance, cost savings, contract status, and delivery timelines. Develop procurement KPIs and generate reports for management to measure the effectiveness of procurement operations. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect procurement, infra, and services. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, tender processes, and contract management. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Certification in Procurement (e.g., CPM, CPPB, or equivalent) is a plus.
