Job Description
Silverzone Foundation is seeking proactive Academic Coordinators to support seamless academic operations and enhance educational outcomes. You will act as the primary liaison between schools, internal academic and sales teams, ensuring smooth execution of academic activities related to Olympiads, assessments, and school engagements.
You will update and maintain student, school & exam records, analyze data for decision-making, prepare MIS reports, and contribute to process improvements. Supporting the sales team with academic queries, product info, and deliverables, you will uphold high service standards and resolve escalations within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with schools, academic teams & sales teams to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Monitor and execute academic support activities for Olympiads and assessments.
- Maintain accurate student, school and exam-related records and databases.
- Collect, analyze and interpret academic and sales data to support performance tracking.
- Prepare structured reports, MIS summaries and academic documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist sales team by resolving academic queries & coordinating deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of service and resolve escalations promptly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Management or related preferred).
- 1 - 3 years of experience in academic coordination, customer support, sales support or operations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle academic & operational challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & documentation.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred for on-site role in New Delhi.
