Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations within the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and problem resolution. Responsibilities include parts, vehicle inflow/outflow, labour, managing and training the service team, monitoring service operations, maintaining service quality standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues. Additionally, the Service Manager will work to improve service processes and contribute to creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and people management skills to effectively guide and support the service team.
- Strong technical understanding of electric vehicles or automotive systems and related maintenance procedures.
- Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to address customer needs and resolve complaints professionally.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage service workflows and optimize processes efficiently.
- Prior experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in common software tools and the ability to generate reports for performance tracking and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
