Procurement / Contract Expert

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Expert with a civil engineering background to manage vendor sourcing, contract administration, and procurement processes for large-scale construction projects. The role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and knowledge of construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle from vendor identification to final delivery.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts, work orders, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and project requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for competitive pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships.
• Support claim management and dispute resolution when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5+ years of proven experience in procurement and contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, BOQ, bid evaluation, and contract terms (FIDIC preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
