Job Description – Interior Civil Engineer

Location: Nagpur

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Interior Engineer to oversee and manage interior civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, material management, coordination with vendors, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute interior civil work including flooring, false ceiling, partitions, plastering, painting, and finishing activities.
  • Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and material requirements as per project needs.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to check progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Maintain daily site reports, material usage, and labor records.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Ensure proper measurement, billing, and documentation of work completed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of civil interior works and finishing details.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and cost control.
  • Strong site management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination with teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience in civil interior projects (commercial/residential/industrial).
  • Familiarity with project management tools/software will be an added advantage.
