**Position**: Site Supervisor - Civil Construction and Home Interior **Location**: Nagpur, Maharashtra

**Role Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from foundation to finishing.
- Monitor progress, track material usage, and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals within budget constraints.
- Supervise and coordinate interior design installations, ensuring design concepts translate into real-world elegance and functionality.
- Act as a bridge between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and resolving any site-related challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, ensuring accurate records for reporting and future references.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and the ability to translate design concepts into tangible results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹9,029.97 - ₹21,209.44 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
