Male & Female Supervisor / Manager

  • Staff supervision: Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks, inspect completed work to ensure high standards, and provide training on procedures and safety protocols.
  • Operational management: Coordinate daily operations, track inventory of supplies, and resolve issues like guest complaints or equipment problems.
  • Quality control: Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
  • Communication: Communicate with staff, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Staff support: Train new employees, conduct in-service training, and motivate the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
