About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development (Sales) Executives to join our growing team. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting our courses, and achieving sales targets.

An incredible opportunity to earn more than 1 lakh per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of a Business Development Executive is to make daily calls to the assigned leads through the CRM system and ensure timely completion of daily calltargets.
  • The role also involves consistent follow-up and clear communication with potential clients to build interest and trust.
  • Executives are expected to provide accurate information about the companys products or services, maintain proper documentation, and regularly update the respective tracking sheets.
  • Keeping all lead statuses up to date and maintaining a professional approach in every interaction are essential aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (Malayalam).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Passion for sales and target achievement.

Training & Salary:

  • Training Period: 1 month.
  • Post Training Salary: 30,000/month + Attractive Incentives based on closures (Freshers), 50,000/month + Attractive Incentives based on closures (Experienced).
